Sweet Corn

We are specialist about sweet corn at Cameron Highlands. We plant 2 type of corn which is bi-color corn and fruit corn. The name “pearl corn” is start from us about 10 years ago. The actual name of pearl corn is “Bi-color Sweet Corn”.

Our sweet corn outlook like same as outside market, but the taste is different from other sweet corn. Outside look can’t differentiate sweet corn is plant at Cameron or Ipoh. When taste only knows our sweet corn is much more delicious, it is very sweet and juicy.

Cameron Highlands cool weather make the sweet corn planting period longer, which is 100 days from start planting, growing until harvest. The exodermises of our sweet corn is very thin and soft. Our sweet corn very juicy because full of water inside the sweet corn.

Since February 2012, we launch the new species of sweet corn that is pure white sweet corn. We called it “Fruit Corn“. The cost of white sweet color seeds is more than double of the normally sweet corn seeds price. We import the best quality sweet corn seeds fr America. Our sweet corn seeds are different from outside, our sweet corn is hard to find at the market. We provide the best quality sweet corn for our customers. Pure white sweet corn size is much more bigger than the normally sweet corn.  We are focus on pure white sweet corn since this year.
